My experience with Joshua was absolutely amazing. He was so patient while I jumped from display to display trying to figure out what I wanted. He didn't pressure into buying, he cleaned my jewelry that I wore in and answered all my questions. He literally gave me his undivided attention. He's a customer service master and I can't wait to go back.
Have purchased my fiancé’s engagement ring and wedding band from this location and had an excellent experience. We coordinated with Josh on both purchases. Josh was incredibly welcoming, personable and professional. He exhibited excellent sales etiquette by not pushing us towards more expensive items but actually listening to what my fiancé was looking for, being patient and delivering excellent service. I highly recommend Josh to anyone looking for a laid back, customer oriented approach without the hassle of being pushed toward more expensive items. 10/10.

We stopped in to look at wedding bands and our associate Lena was SO friendly and helpful. She patiently let us try on everything we saw that we liked and asked sweet questions about our special day. She even cleaned my ring (purchased elsewhere.) my fella’s band came in super-quick. So impressed with the service we received and we’ll definitely return to shop again!
