I called this specific Ashley Outlet, and would not recommend it to anyone looking for professional customer service. I reached out to ask about in-store inventory for a specific couch. From the start, the gentleman I spoke with had an unnecessarily rude tone for absolutely no reason. He immediately told me the couch was only available online.. before I even gave him the name of the furniture line. I explained, politely, that a man at a local outlet had purchased the same couch in a different color just the day before, so I asked if he wouldn’t mind checking to see if they actually had it in store, as I needed to make the purchase that day. Rather than helping, he seemed annoyed by the request and told me he was “conducting an interview” and therefore couldn’t check inventory. He instructed me to call back in 30 minutes. I was already put off by the interaction, but I did call back later.. only to be hung up on shortly after I spoke. If this is how potential customers are treated when they’re actively trying to buy furniture, I can’t imagine how issues are handled after a sale. Do yourself a favor and buy furniture from a business that is professional and actually wants to sell it to you.

I would like to say my salesperson, Terri did a great job of assisting me with get dresser and 2 patio chairs! I would have never known she was just starting her furniture selling career. Blessings to you!
The sales person was incredibly helpful. The delivery was very prompt and the team handled everything professionally and quickly. The furniture is of great quality and the whole process was incredibly hassle free. We'll return to Ashley for all of our needs again and again provided we continue to have such great experiences. These are the second purchase from them and it was great.
We had a great experience at Ashley Outlet. We were assisted by John who was knowledgeable about the products and answered all of our questions. If he wasn’t 100% about the answer, he went to find the answer from his manager. He has an upbeat personality and was very patient. John cared about our needs and showed us fantastic options. I would recommend this store. The atmosphere is very bright and happy compared to other, more expensive furniture stores. 10/10.
