I was referred to this company for chin liposuction because of their competitive pricing and reputation for quality care. I had my consultation on October 6, 2025, and felt confident moving forward with Dr. Lee for the procedure. Unfortunately, due to a series of unforeseen medical issues, I had to undergo surgery this past Monday. While recovering, I realized today, January 7, 2026, that I was just one day past the deadline to schedule the procedure with my previous quote. I called immediately to explain the situation, but was told that my original quoted price of $1,992.00 could not be honored and that the new price would be nearly double, at $3,214. Given the circumstances, I was disappointed by the lack of sensitivity, flexibility, or consideration shown. I had very high hopes for my experience here, but this left me feeling discouraged and undervalued as a patient.
Jennifer is awesome! She listens and explains things well and is quick and gentle. The front desk girls are always so nice and welcoming.
Dr Lee and all the ladies in the office are absolutely the most amazing group of people! They also treat me like im his only patient and they give fun perks after surgeries and the office is gorgeous! I def give 5 huge stars!!! Dr Lee changed my life!!!
I chose Aspire to do my surgery and I have to be honest- I am 150% so glad that I did. The expertise, the compassion, the guidance, and the attentivness, can not be matched. There is a reason Aspire, Dr. Lee, and his team are rated so highly. Every time I met with Dr. Lee and his team they made me feel completely comfortable and heard (which is great when in such a vulnerable state of attire). I am a firm beliver you get what you pay for- and while Aspires prices were competitive; its all the extras that come with their care that is not mentioned "in the brochure" that really impressed myself, my husband, and family. Every question, every concern, every fear or anxiety, were all answered fully, with all pros and cons explained, and with no pushy agenda. For reference, I had a 6 hour long surgery consisting of multiple areas of attention. Go with the best- call Aspire.
I decided to get nano laser treatment. So disappointed!! My hair was burnt off at hairline. She barely treated my problem area, so I won’t see good results there. And, she downplayed the pain/ downtime.
