After our original contractor went missing, we contacted Assured Electrical Solutions to undertake an inspection of the electrical installation works on our loft conversion. The company promptly responded to our enquiry and was able to schedule somebody to attend the next working day for a fair price. Our electrician was Jack (Poole) who was a very nice chap and went about his business professionally. We obtained our EICR the day afterwards as promised. I'd have no hesitation contacting Assured Electrical Solutions again for any future needs. Thanks all.
This is for feedback about our interactions with Freddie, one of the Assured Electrical Solutions I just wanted to appreciate Freddie's efforts coming at short notice to uninstall our old and then install our new double oven and dishwasher. The oven was extremely straightforward and he not only installed it but intuitively knew how to set the timer even though it was a system he was not very familiar with. With the dishwasher it was a trying system with the removal reasonably straightforward but the installation of the new system very difficult. Through this he maintained his cool, staying professional and determined. I believe noble aspects of his character were revealed more by the difficulty than by the ease of other installation. He exceeded his expectation of his capabilities having been stretched and did a very good job. We would be happy to have him assist us in the future as he endeared us to the company. We also appreciated the support afforded him by Jo and Liam and the most pleasant interactions all round. Thank you
