Great event venue! Celebrated the kick off to Mardi Gras
I booked this venue 14 months before my wedding day—when the floors weren’t finished, the walls weren’t up, and it was still very much a work in progress. Even then, I could see the potential. I had toured their sister venue, On The Levee (which is equally stunning), but our guest count was too large. That’s when the owners told me about their new space—twice the size! For months, I eagerly checked in with John and Michael until they finally let me see it, and I’m so glad they did. From that moment, I knew it was the perfect place. John Martin was truly a dream to work with—professional, kind, and genuinely invested in making our day special. He is truly an angel sent from heaven. The venue is absolutely beautiful, and their team makes the planning process seamless. They offer so many in-house options and thoughtful details that make everything easier. We hosted 500 of our closest friends and family, and it was the most magical night imaginable. John, Michael, Regina, and Dominic went above and beyond every step of the way. Whether you’re planning a wedding, gala, concert, or special event, I can’t recommend this venue enough. You will not regret choosing them.
We just had the privilege of catering a wedding at Astoria Event Venue and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. From our first meetings with the owner, John Martin, to the subsequent site visits, floor plan design, and all the meetings and communication in between, we have nothing but positive comments. John and his staff were helpful, detail oriented, and a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process. Astoria provides beautiful guest chairs, bars, lounge furniture, fully furnished bridal and groom suites, and a world-class audio and lighting system. As a vendor the back-of-house facilities are just as important as the guest space, and Astoria has an amazing kitchen, warehouse, and parking to make the vendor working experience first class. The venue looked absolutely stunning for our mutual client and their guests! I would highly recommend looking at this venue if you are planning any type of event in Dallas.

Stunning Venue with Exceptional Service We hosted our company’s end of year gala at The Astoria, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The venue itself is absolutely stunning elegantly decorated and thoughtfully designed, creating the perfect atmosphere for a formal event. From start to finish, the team was incredibly helpful, polite, and genuinely supportive. They made the entire planning process smooth and stress-free, and were attentive to every detail the night of the event. Our guests had an amazing time, and we received so many compliments on the venue choice. We’re already looking forward to booking The Astoria for our next event. If you’re planning a celebration, gala, or corporate gathering, I highly recommend choosing this beautiful space, you won’t be disappointed!
