Waited over 20 min to b ✔️ out. only cashier with all those stations. It was B4 Xmas so they should have way more cashiers but I do love this store. It does have alot of cool things
DON’T SHOP HERE No one was around for about 45 minutes. My mother and I walked around along with other confused customers. We eventually went up to the only register opened and the lady said she couldn’t assist us. She called someone from the back and ask us to meet them. We turned around were finally met by several different workers. My mother inquired about assistance with an online order for recliners. They essentially told us no and didn’t even offer to help us do this purchase online with them. We will NOT be coming back to this location or any At Home locations, since this store did such a great job at showing off the companies customer service. I recommend future customers to consider this. Go shop online somewhere else or go to a different store. Since clearly no one is willing to take the time and help out customers or mind the store.
I am writing this review after only visiting this store once but I had such a pleasant experience I decided to write a review. I usually prefer waiting to write one until after visiting a place a couple of times for a more accurate description. However, I really appreciated the customer service staff I encountered both on the floor and at the checkout. Everyone was friendly and helpful and you got a sense they genuinely liked helping customers instead of the normal customer service experience at most places nowadays where the staff seem annoyed if you speak to them. I was really impressed with their neutral rug choices. So many! They had beautiful artificial flowers. I forgot how big At Home is. You really could get lost in here for hours.... possibly all day if they served food🤣. Too many Halloween decorations but if that's your thing they've got you covered. You can find plenty of highend looking items scattered about the store. Plenty of items not worth buying but lots of great finds for the treasure seeker for their home.
This At Home is awesome! My family and I love going to this location. We purchased a very nice all wood dining room table, dining chairs, and a matching bench at a low price for great quality. The quality for some of their items is fairly good, even for the composite stuff. Their prices and deals are fair and they have a great selection of home decor. Around each holiday they have decorations you won't find elsewhere. Their blow up lawn decorations are a fraction of the price you'll find at Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, Spirit Store or online. Ice added some pictures of their Halloween selection this year. I'll update my review with more pics around Christmas.
I love to visit before Christmas to see all the options and then I return after Christmas to buy decor on sale. They have everything you could want from giant inflatables to artificial trees to ornaments in every style. I also love their Fall/Halloween glass pumpkin selection. Their other Halloween decor is okay. Some of the Fall items are so cute. Outside of seasonal is the largest parts of the store. Not only do they have a lot of home decor to choose from, but they also have storage solutions, kitchen gear, bathroom necessities, curtains, lamps, furniture, outside decor and furniture, rugs, mirrors, bedding, pet beds, frames, art, etc. This is a very inexpensive home decor store and some items look nicer than others. I'm a huge fan of their basket selection, kitchenware, and decorative trays. I like to visit when I have something very specific in mind that I need, or just to simply walk around and look at everything, getting ideas.
