The doctor’s assistant and doctor were so welcoming and friendly. You can tell they care about people here and now a days you don’t always get that feeling at a doctors office. I usually go to Piedmont Urgent Care in Buckhead but I will definitely be going here instead! Thank you both for making me feel better!
I have been so blessed, in that, the last three times that I went to this Urgent Care Center, Emily, the P.A., has treated me. She has a wonderful bedside manner and knowledge base. Moreover, Emily is thorough and cares deeply about her patients. There is a lot to be said about continuity of care and I am grateful to Emily for her being the awesome P.A. and person that she is!!
A dream of an urgent care experience! We walked in a little shaken from a bloody tumble, and walked out laughing, confident, and in high spirits. Dr. Ferrari was knowledgeable, educational, and fun! His careful hand made tidy work of needed stitches for my son's gaping wound. As a bonus, Dr. Ferrari soothed my son's nerves and made stitches for a kid possible (without sedation) and pleasant. Thank you!
I was able to make an appointment the day before online and complete the checkin electronically prior to arrival. The staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Ferrara was also great! I got the help I needed and like that I was seen by an MD while saving $ compared to urgent care facilities tied to the local hospitals. I would recommend Atlanta Urgent Care
Short wait times. I was greeted warmly by the front office staff. I was immediately triaged and the medical assistant was thorough. The Doctor was pleasant and gave good care. She explained everything well. I was out of there in under an hour. I love this place! Unfortunately, I was positive for flu & bronchitis but left with prescriptions. I only wish my pharmacy was as quick.
