Came in today for a visit. Although I was seen quickly and the front desk staff was welcoming and informative. The nurse’s attitude came off dismissive and slightly rude, with unnecessary comments that made the experience unpleasant. I hope she takes some time for self reflection. Although she gives me the vibe that she will not. Going through the reviews this seems like a on going issue for her. Doctor was okay. It seems like it’s time for her to retire.
From Tennessee but in Atlanta for a few months. Sickness hour in the middle of the night. I was able to schedule an online appointment & fill out all paperwork with ease! Staff were super friendly, upbeat, professional and took time to explain things thoroughly. I would recommend this clinic 💯!!!
Very well run office. No issues checking in. Friendly staff and doctor was top notch…very professional. Would not hesitate to recommend this urgent care clinic to others. They welcome walk-ins or you can book an appointment time.
I’ve been to this location twice, the first time was a few years back. This time I was one of the only people there and was brought back to be evaluated very quickly. The staff was all very nice and pleasant and I was in and out in no time. I had an issue with my prescription and spent a long time trying to sort it out, the pharmacies were not making it easy. I called to see if they could assist and the same treating physician I met yesterday called me back personally to let me know he was going to help me out. I appreciated it so much that he took the time to call me back and was totally empathetic. I would take this urgent care any day over the other one in town. Highly recommend.
I just want to take a moment to thank Emily for her compassion, attentiveness, and thorough care. She really took the time to listen to what I was feeling instead of brushing it off or rushing through the appointment. Because of her attention to detail, I finally got clarity about what was going on with my health, something I might’ve continued to be overlooked. She made me feel safe, seen, and supported in a really vulnerable moment, and I’ll always be grateful for that.
