Marc was knowledgeable, asked me a lot of important questions in figuring out his quote, gave me updates on his progress, and was able to fast-track the order a new part to get my Car Play installed ahead of schedule. We will return to upgrade our other car.
Iv personally brought 3 cars to Mark for audio upgrades , on top of that my father has brought many work vans to him as well for various work to be done. Audio Answer in Waltham is simply the best in the business—bar none. Mark is a true master of his craft. He installed a front and rear dashcam along with a radar/laser detection system in our Escalade, and his work was absolutely flawless. Every wire, every component—meticulously placed and professionally integrated. He didn’t cut corners, didn’t rush a thing—just incredibly clean, thoughtful, precision work. But what really sets Mark apart is what happened after the install. We ran into a few issues down the line—not because of anything he did, but due to quirks in the Escalade’s own electronics. Most shops would’ve shrugged and sent us off. Not Mark. He took full ownership of the situation, diagnosed the problem, and—this is the part that blew us away—even found and connected us with a certified Cadillac technician who could resolve the issue. That level of follow-through, care, and problem-solving is nearly impossible to find these days. Mark and Audio Answer have our complete trust. This wasn’t just a job for him—it was a mission to get it right, and he delivered beyond all expectations. We wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for vehicle electronics. Customer for life.
Mark at Audio Answer is a real pro. He also pays attention to detail. I just had my 3rd car worked on by him. He worked through several challenges to get to an outstanding result. He has never steered me wrong. It is great to find a competent and diligent person who does great work. Mark is the real deal. Prices are reasonable as well.
