I have been going to Aurora Medical Center in Georgetown since they first opened, and I truly would not go anywhere else. Kandice and her entire staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable and well cared for. I’ve had several treatments here, including fillers, Botox, laser treatments, and most recently microneedling—with excellent results every time. They always do a thorough analysis of your skin and take the time to explain everything clearly. What I appreciate most is that they never push sales or unnecessary treatments; their focus is genuinely on improving your skin in a safe, natural way. When it comes to your face, you need to trust who you’re going to—and Aurora Medical Center has absolutely earned mine. Highly recommend!
I’ve been going to Aurora Med Spa since moving to Georgetown nearly three years ago and have had such a great experience. I’ve received services throughout pregnancy and postpartum, and the entire staff has always been kind, supportive, and accommodating. You truly feel welcomed every time you walk in. Ashlea, the nurse practitioner I see, takes the time to listen and walk me through my goals, and I’ve loved every service I’ve received. Erica, the esthetician, is also wonderful and I always feel well cared for. They also offer great client appreciation specials throughout the year, which I love. Aurora Med Spa has definitely earned a long-term client in me, and I highly recommend them!

From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm, clean, and professional, and every single person on the team truly cares about your results. I see Ashlea for all of my Botox treatments and she is an absolute gem! She has the most gentle touch (I barely feel a thing), an incredible eye for natural-looking results, and she takes the time to listen to exactly what I want. My Botox always lasts longer than it ever has anywhere else—usually a solid 4+ months—and I constantly get compliments on how refreshed I look without anyone ever guessing I’ve “had work done.” Ashlea is a perfectionist in the best way possible; she makes subtle enhancements that just make you look like the best version of yourself. The entire staff at Aurora is top-tier, the pricing is fair and transparent, and they never try to upsell you on things you don’t need. If you’re in the Georgetown, Round Rock, or greater Austin area and want Botox (or any aesthetic treatment) done right, run—don’t walk—to Aurora Medspa and ask for Ashlea.
