I have had an amazing experience with this shop. Me and my fiancée have been multiple times and have never had a bad experience. The first time we went we where served by Amy for my fiancée's ring. She is what you'd call massively picky, but Amy manged to guide us though the process and we found a stunning ring that we both fell in love with. When I went back to pick up the ring I was interested in getting a matching pair of earrings for my fiancée for Christmas. This time I was served by Sam and we found a stunning pair. Unfortunately despite being gorgeous they where not quite to my (again rather picky) fiancée's taste despite being custom made we where able to go back exchange them and build a new pair for no extra cost, again helped by Sam. The quality and sparkle of the jewellery has been amazing both times but the staff have also been incredibly welcoming and helpful. Both Amy and Sam where not pushy on expensive stuff and really felt like they where their for us. The manger Tom was also present and helpful both times. I will be coming back again.
Patrick was great when sorting out our wedding rings. Made us feel welcome into the shop and had our best interests at heart. There were no issues with the rings and couldn't have asked for a better salesperson when sorting out something important as our wedding rings.
Aimee was absolutely amazing! So friendly and personable. I had some idea of the type of ring that I wanted and she guided me through the whole process. So knowledgeable and point out pros and cons of each of the options that I would never have thought of. As a result of her amazing help I picked the perfect ring. She really took the time and interest in my story and even went the extra mile upon collection and extended the resize date. This is the place to come if you are looking for a ring. Ask for aimee
