Austin Deep is the go to place for healing and recovery. I am a marathoner and sometimes you need real body work and not just a basic relaxing massage. Come here if you want a transformation.
I keep going back, because even though my schedule has meant changing therapists each time, it's still consistently the best massage. I'm not just relaxed, but put back together. Nagging injuries feel better, posture feels better. Great massages.
The vibe of the whole building was really calming, and I was able to get an appointment next day! I also really enjoyed my massage therapist who addressed my concerns and allowed me to have an extremely peaceful, healing massage! Also loved the bath salts at the end of the massage. Nice touch!

I’ve visited Austin Deep on Lake Austin about 5–6 times now, and I’ve always appreciated the high quality of care and how refreshed I feel after each session. It’s been one of my go-to places for relief and recovery, which is why today’s (Nov 29) experience was especially disappointing. During my appointment with Narady N., I clearly communicated at the start that I needed focused work on my shoulders and the soles of my feet. However, most of the session centered on my neck instead. Midway through, I politely redirected her back to my shoulders because they were still aching, but the focus of the massage did not change. I left the session feeling unheard, with my shoulder aches still unresolved, and will now need to seek additional care from another provider. I value Austin Deep and have had wonderful experiences here in the past, which makes this lapse in attentiveness and communication even more disheartening especially after my husband and I recently committed to a package that I now regret purchasing.
