Lidia is the rare sort of practitioner who is truly passionate about her work, and it shows! She takes care to see you and your concerns clearly, and approaches your concerns with pragmatism. In working together, not only have I seen consistent improvement to my skin but she has also reconfigured how I approach skincare entirely.
I’ve been struggling with cystic acne for a couple years now. The dermatologist wasn’t helping me anymore and neither was changing my diet. Lidia has helped me get my skin back. She is more knowledgeable about how skin works than some of the dermatologists I’ve been to. On top of helping my skin clear up, it’s also a very relaxing experience everytime I go.
Lidia truly cares about each individual person who walks through her door. She’s authentic—not only in her approach to skincare but in her personality as well. She genuinely wants you to succeed in your routine and will never try to sell you anything she doesn’t believe will actually work for you. After years of harsh treatments that never helped, Lidia completely healed my skin. Her knowledge, honesty, and care have made all the difference. Even though I no longer live in Chicago, I make it a point to see her every time I’m in town. There is truly no one like Lidia.
I had a radio frequency facial and LOVED the results. The service starts of with a relaxing exfoliation and the radio frequency feels warm with an occasional tingle. It is not painful. My face looked noticeably lifted after the session. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend this place!
