I waited for 10 min and then I had to walk to find someone to check me in. Then he tells me it's going to take 1 and half for my car to get washed. There was only 4 cars infront of me in the whole store. I asked him why and he said because they are short staff. I seen 6 workers for 4 cars. Once I pulled off I see they were finishing up with 1 car because tire shine was being added to the vehicle. So that would have made my car 4th. He also told the same story to the women in the car behind me. She was just as puzzled as I was. I dont understand what that was about. But they not get my business again.
I have visited this car wash twice in the past three months, hoping for a better experience each time. Unfortunately, I find the detailing service to be very disappointing. My interior still looks just as dirty as it did before I came in. Management needs to understand that when customers pay for a full detailing service, they expect both the interior and exterior of their cars to be thoroughly cleaned.oroughly cleaned.
Disappointing (again). Before purchasing a car wash package, while seated in my car I pointed to my roof and asked which service or package could deal with the sap/droppings on my roof. The staff recommended the $40 car wash and directed me what you do to drive thru the wash. After being "hand dried" and vacuumed, I was asked for my claim ticket and I tipped the guys. Upon approaching I noticed the roof had not been touched... The car hood and trunk has been cleaned but the roof untouched. I asked the young man if he could clean my roof as well and to my dismay was told "We don't clean roofs. Not everyone is as tall as I am so it's just our policy to make sure that everyone has equal treatment. If they don't clean roofs, why (1) was that exclusion not listed on the menus of services listed and (2) was it not pointed out to me when I literally pointed to my roof and said can you get that off? After driving off I noticed horizontal scratches on the display where I control the music and see the time. They charge more than they should AND the quality of the service is lacking. I will NOT be returning.
This was my 1st and last time I will be patronizing this establishment. 1st of all, their prices are outrageous for services you don't receive. While I was in the tunnel about to get my car washed, a lady walked up and requested a refund. When I exited the tunnel I soon saw why. There were people sitting around in the sun waiting for them to complete their services, the usual dry the car and gloss the tires. Then I hear this gentleman yell to one of the associates that they skipped his car and started on someone else's. Needless to say, he was very upset. I took it upon myself and started drying my car off myself and glossed my own tires. That is $40 dollars I would have preferred to have given to an unhoused person than this business. There was no organization at all! People, in my opinion, were waiting longer than they should have but I wasn't going to.
Because I have vertigo and unable to wash my car myself. My daughter and I decided to try this place and have our cars cleaned. I should have read the reviews before we did. I paid for the Armor All Special. The attendant asked if I wanted Armor All on the outside trim as well. I said yes and also paid for the same service for my daughter who was following behind me in her car. When we finished my trim did not have Armor All treatment done. My daughters did but only the bottom trim. After going through three people they rubbed Armor All on my bottom trim. Driving home looking at the interior of the car I wish I never went there as the pictures show. Literally had to have my husband go back over, (clean), just about everything I paid for. Wasted Money! I don't know if I will ever go to another Autobell again but I know I will never go back to this one.
