I got a quote for the repair of my car and at the time they told me 2 to 3 business days to repair the car. The quote was reasonable so I dropped it off on a Wednesday at 8:30am. Day 5 (the following Tuesday) comes around and I haven’t heard anything. I found two separate phone numbers online and neither takes you to a person. They are both an ai that says it’s autonation collision chandler that tells you to leave a voicemail and no one calls back. The next day I finally get a call telling me my vehicle is ready for pickup. I arrive around 5 pm and there is NEW damage to my driver door. They agree to fix it the next day. So I leave my car there again. I go back the following day at 5pm and they have fixed the damage to my door but there is ANOTHER new scratch on my fuel door. Not only that, because I was so furious the first day, I didn’t notice until the second day that they didn’t even completely fix what they gave me the quote on. They agree to fix both. I come back the next day. They fixed the fuel door scratch but the damage they agreed to fix was better but still noticeable. I paid and took my car because I’m so fed up with them. Estimated 2 to 3 days and I don’t get my car back till day 7 because they don’t communicate and added new damage on two separate occasions. For all this, they only took off $100. Do not go here and definitely do not work with Arthur Tallman.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this auto collision repair center was so consistently frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. From the very first interaction, the receptionist Nicole was openly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Simple questions were met with irritation, and I was made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer dealing with the stress of a damaged vehicle. Communication throughout the process was abysmal. Promised callbacks never happened, updates were vague or nonexistent, and I often had to chase them repeatedly just to get basic information about my car’s status. Deadlines came and went with no explanation or accountability. When the car was finally returned 4 weeks later after cosmetic repairs , well past the original delivery date—the quality of the work was deeply disappointing. The repairs did not meet professional standards, leaving visible issues that should never have passed inspection. After weeks of waiting, the result felt rushed and careless. Parts did not seemed aligned especially for the amount of time they kept us without transportation. This shop combines poor workmanship, chronic delays, and disrespectful customer service into one exhausting experience. An auto collision repair center should provide clarity, competence, and reassurance during a stressful time. Unfortunately, this place delivered the opposite on every front. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere if you value your time, your vehicle, and basic courtesy.
Went with preffered repair facility thru my insurance from a Haboob that came thru PHX. This was a name I had heard of and was close to my house. They were able to get my truck in within 1 business day. Got me a ride to Enterprise and allowed me to drop with the body shop when complete. Very convenient. Jared and Kyle made the experience worth while!
I was given a good quote and brought my car in for what I was hoping was a minor front bumper repair. About 6 hours after dropping it off I got a call saying my car was ready to be picked up. After the bumper was removed, they found less damage than was anticipated/quoted, the price of the repair was adjusted accordingly and my car was returned looking good as new. Couldn’t ask for better experience both customer service wise from Jared Ramirez and the work done on the car, very happy and highly recommended.
I am a gear head and my vehicles are very sentimental to me. Naturally, it was hard to turn my truck over to someone else for repairs as I have an eye for detail and am very nit-picky when it comes to others working on my vehicles. I am happy to say autonation collision exceed my expectations! There is zero evidence that the truck was ever in a collision. Their workmanship is impeccable, their staff was very friendly and communicative. They even delivered my truck to the dealership free of charge as a courtesy to me. 10 out of 10 would recommend
