That level of integrity and accountability is so rare these days, and it means the world when you depend on your car every day. Since it doesn't allow me to reply directly to your response, I’m posting this here. Thank you for replying, but I did call and schedule an appointment in advance — I’ve attached a screenshot showing the call details. When I arrived on time, I was told that appointments don’t matter because there were too many cars, which is completely unacceptable. I ended up getting the same service done elsewhere the same day, without an appointment, and received professional treatment. This experience unfortunately reflects very poorly on your scheduling process and overall customer service.
You dont have to go anywhere else! Welcoming, great knowledge, great customer support and super reliable. Came in for a break pad change and a starter malfunction that needed to be changed for my x5. Fairly priced, good and fast quotes, great advice. Alex took care of us but everyone was so great. I called a few other shops including BMW direct to make sure and autovice is as legit as it gets. They got my car back either super quick turnaround and got to drive it from miami to nyc within the same week with no problems after.
Recently brought my Porsche Boxster for what I thought was a dead battery. Turned out to be the alternator. Yearly afternoon the next day, car was completely operating, and paying the exact estimate quoted me. Also included was a complete diagnostic check. They work on makes and models foreign & domestic brands. Brakes, tires, and tune ups as well. Very satisfied with professional service and advice. Highly recommended 👍
