This automatic car wash location is a major disappointment. Every time I try to use it, two out of every three bays are broken or closed. This is the second time in less than a year that I’ve had to cancel my membership because I can’t wait for six cars to use the single functional bay. When it’s fully operational, it’s a great car wash, but the current situation is unacceptable. I’m dropping my rating to one star after visiting the Riverdale location and having the same experience. There needs to be a significant improvement if they want to maintain memberships and business.
Extremely expensive, non-transparent pricing. $20 for under 20 min. Spot free rinse left spots. Brush was so weak, it didn't even clean my windshield. And to top it off, the foam stained my hands and my brand new $120+ running shoes. I was disappointed in the pricing and now disappointed to remember the experience every time I go for a run in the next year. I imagine I'll write the company about this, but always like to give fellow consumers a fair warning!
I AM JUST REVIEWING THE DOG WASH ONLY... THE PLACE WAS A COMPLETE MESS AND DISGUSTING... THERE WAS 3 INCHES OF STAGNANT WATER STANDING ANT NOT DRAINING... THE WATER WAS WAY COLD BY THE TIME IT DID WARM UP A LITTLE MY PUPPY WAS FROZEN... THERE WAS HAIR EVERYWHERE STUCK TO THE SIDES, IN THE DRAIN, ON THE FLOOR, ON THE HOSE, ON THE HANDLE... NO BS... I USED 2 COMPLETE CYCLES AND CLOSE TO 45 MINUTES CLEANING BEFORE I COULD EVEN START MY PUPPY WASHING PROCESS... SEE PICTURES
Came for the self-dog washing stations. Takes more than 5 mins to get the water warm (user has no control on water temp, everything is auto) and the station on the right has no working blowers - so my dog came home soaking wet. Loved using this place but I will need to find another place during colder months.
My car was admittedly dirty, but the car wash was not effective. It left dirt in many areas. The vacuums don’t work if you don’t have the app and there are no towels for self cleaning. And with no one present to complain about the poor wash, I had to go to another to get the job done.
