My daughter had a huge stye in her eye and it was poking her in the eye causing discomfort and tears. She was forbidden to go to kindergarten. I called on August 20 in the morning and asked for an urgent visit to get an ointment that would help the pus come out faster. I was offered a visit in a week or an emergency room. I was shocked! There is no way to make an urgent visit in the modern world of technology! I called back on September 9 because the stye had not completely gone away and the call center representative agreed to make an urgent visit the next morning. It turns out that it is possible! It turns out that not all workers were trained equally and someone wants to help and someone just doesn’t care about the health of your children!! Disappointed after so many years…
Ever since I came to America I have been showing my daughter Avala Pediatrics. Special Laxmi Mam is the best doctor for my child is giving me an emergency appointment also because sometimes my child is not feeling well I'm just calling her so many times… She gives good tips how i can take care of my child… my baby also feel comfortable with her… I'm very thankful to you. We moved from Utah and it was so hard to part ways with not only our Pediatrician but his team as well. Wasatch Pediatrics in Draper, Utah is unmatched when it comes to services. Here it took us weeks to look up providers with decent reviews. I’m a mom of four disabled kids so I’m very picky with our providers due to my children’s dire needs. So far, we’ve been able to accomplish so much with Dr Avala and her team. I’m glad I chose this location because although far from Roseville, I’d rather drive and receive great service for my kids than drive to a closer provider that might not be as helpful as Dr Avala and her team. She has also sent out referrals ASAP!
