We so appreciate their innovation, hospitality, and eagerness to dive in with us! We recently worked with Avenue Event Group and their offshoot, Weddings By Avenue for our October 2025 I SAID YES! FL PROS' Oct Haunting networking event at one of their many incredible Central FL properties: The Mezz Orlando is located conveniently on the edge of downtown Orlando and Thornton Park! The Mezz is a brilliant venue for any private event, wedding reception, or corporate party! AVenue Event Group - specifically Charlton and Chloe were an all-star team to work with while planning our company off-site event at CrushYard. From the initial brainstorming and planning, on-site visits, loads of emails/calls/texts, the team executed the event without a hitch. Pickleball courts were packed the entire night, DJ, airbrush artists, food, beverage and lots of activity were all enjoyed by our out-of-town 600-person group. Grateful for the team for helping our vision come to life. Thank you again!
We had an absolutely amazing experience with aVenue Event Group at 51 Club! Our office group of about 70 people had a fantastic time — we truly couldn’t have asked for a better event. The catering team was excellent, the food was hot, flavorful, and a big hit with everyone, and the bartenders were top notch. Bethany and Gina were an absolute pleasure to work with — super responsive, organized, and helpful throughout the entire planning process. They even helped us set up a special toast for a team member who was leaving, which meant a lot to us. My whole office is still raving about the party. We can’t wait to plan our next event with them!
I can not recommend aVenue Event Group enough. Charlton and Chloe were an amazing team to work with. They made sure our event went flawless, had the best ideas, and were very easy to work with. They did not only feel like an extension of my company's event team, but great friends I got to plan and enjoy an event with. I don't ever plan on throwing a large event without them by my side again.
Charlton and Gina were great to work with. They communicated effectively, were courteous and professional, and worked hard to make sure my event went off without a hitch. They went to bat with the venue for us, helped us keep costs down where we needed, and treated my clients like they were their own. If you need an on-the-ground production team in Orlando, or need help putting on any event, I cannot recommend them enough.
