I got married in November and was so excited after looking for the right florist to help my wedding idea come to life and I've been so disappointed how it turned out. I don't know if I wasn't clear enough or if there was a miscommunication. On the morning of the wedding I kept checking my phone to get a call or message from someone about the delivery of the flower and had people keep an eye on the arrival, just to find it randomly on a table with no announcements of it arriving or anything. Mind you, it was someone personally from the floral store that's suppose to deliver it. No one didnt even see the person that dropped it off, they didn't even get a confirmation if the order was correct. When someone finally brought it to me, I thought it was a joke. It didn't look nothing what i asked for. I asked for a bouquet with white orchids, white flowers and a lot of blue in it and there was tiny to nothing of blue in it. I don't know how floral works but it was so green and yellow. For the bridesmaid i asked for just a bunch of orchid stem to hold and some reason they decided to make a assorted bouquet instead without consulting with me. I guess they said that's what they decided on. I wouldn't have mind at all if that's something they couldn't do and would've thought of a compromise. I'm really easy to discuss a alternative. The boutonniere for the groom and the groomsmens wasn't even correct at all. I asked just for a red orchid or at least just any red boutonniere at this point but they gave me a a boutonniere with white roses and blue flowers instead. Also we were missing a boutonniere too. So instead of being able to discuss this with the florist that dropped it off to let them help fix the issue, i had to have one of my wedding guest tear apart one boutonniere and some flowers of our own to make another boutonniere and luckily we had a red rose to make shift one for the groom. We did call them the day after the wedding about it and got compensated for the missing boutonniere and i think like 35% of the order. They also discussed about sending us a bouquet for our 1 year anniversary. It doesn't fix that now this is one of the disappointments I have about my wedding. We don't even want to look at wedding pictures with the flowers in it because it was so honestly ugly. Im gonna attach some photos of the proposal they sent me and what I received.
Although I have followed the work of Bridget and Awesome Blossom since they came to be, I had never had a chance to use their serives until this week. We wanted to do a nice thank you gift and how better to thank a local business then to use another local business (or two). We selected the tea and flower combo gift and were so happy with how beutifuly they came out, although not surprising as Awesome Bloosom always does great work.
Ordering flowers sight unseen can sometimes feel risky, but Awesome Blossom Floral Design completely exceeded my expectations. I called with a request for a simple, elegant, and uplifting bouquet for a friend recovering at home, gave them my budget, and just a few hours later the arrangement was delivered. The bouquet was absolutely beautiful, paired with a handwritten card that added such a thoughtful touch. My friend was moved to both smiles and tears of happiness. The care and intention behind this arrangement truly made her day—and mine. I couldn’t be more grateful for their artistry and personal service.
They were easy and wonderful to work with. The day of the wedding, they were professional and handled everything without me stressing. The flowers were beautiful. They really put in work to know what you want and give you different options to match your budget.
Bridget & the Awesome Blossom team were amazing to work with! They really brought our vision to life and made our wedding so whimsical and dreamy. I could not have asked for a better experience and we received so many compliments on our florals. Communication was superb every step of the way. I loved that we got the recipes in advance so we had a better idea of what the arrangements would look like and could make adjustments if we wanted to.
