I took my suv to B & W for some routine maintenance and 1 major repair. Not only was the work performed to beyond my standard but the client experience was beyond exemplary. The business even accommodated some special requests which they went above and beyond to complete. Darren and his wife Jenny are the absolute best team in the auto repair business in The SF Bay Area, hands down. Thank you B & W for setting the standard by which an excellent automotive repair company is measured!
Exceptional and remarkable in the sense that B&W were very honest in disclosing no brake issues were found. Bright well lit very clean garage as pictured.
I walked into B&W this morning at 9:15 and have my car back at 3pm!! It feels like magic bc I got my brakes fixed bc there was rust in the lines (what? I thought that was only possible in the Midwest where there's snow!), oil change, tire pressure sensor fixed (engine light was on), and bc there was poop in my engine bed we also got that cleaned out. My favorite part was how FAST it was and how clear all cost and expectations were up front.
My car had an issue with the rotor it was steaming hot. A few days later, I fixed it myself, but it still gets hot, and I’m not sure if that’s the normal temperature. I took it to two different shops: one guy wanted to change the axle for $3,400, and another wanted to replace the whole braking system. This was the only honest shop told me my car was actually fine. I asked if I could drive it for 20 minutes and then come back to check, and they said sure. After checking again, they confirmed my car was good. I would 100% recommend this shop to everyone, especially if you’re tired of shops that just try to make a quick buck off you. They did this whole inspection for completely free. Also derek and the lady at the front desk both are great.
My car always feels way nicer to drive after I’ve taken it here. Whether they’ve done any work or just an inspection, feels thoroughly done. Prices are very reasonable and they never try to suggest unnecessary work. Really appreciate having a trusted place to take my car with any concerns and it gives me peace of mind whenever they’ve taken a look at it that they’ll catch any issues before it becomes anything major. Their office seems well organized and efficiently run. It’s hard to find a place that you trust and I would recommend B&W to everyone! Thanks for the great work!
