I had been a client of Caroline’s when she was located in Chattanooga. I decided to visit my friend, the best in the business, at her new location and boy am I glad I did! The office is beautiful and the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. Caroline is such a joy. She has the most inviting personality which makes her super easy to talk to. I think that’s such an important and often overlooked element to aesthetics. I will be traveling from Chattanooga to Balanced Aestethics for all my injection and filler needs from here on. 1000% recommend.
This place was amazing. Caroline is the best! I went in to fix the wrinkles in my forehead and not only did she help me, but she followed up with me very often to make sure I was happy and doing well. I ended up being introduced to a plethora of other well being practices and am now a frequent customer. Just signed up for their red light wellness therapy! As a 40 year old man I did a facial for the first time in my life with Carla. I can honestly say it was the most relaxing and informative procedure I’ve ever experienced. She did an amazing job and I learned so much about my skin. I highly recommend. You’re not just going for a facial, you’re going to learn so much about your skin that will help you overall in the long run. 5 stars
I throughly enjoyed my experience at Balanced Aesthetics and Wellness. My consultation was very much needed where I wasn’t “sold” on getting Botox or other injectables but more so focused on discussing what my skin care and food regiment and methods of hydration (eg coconut water etc) should be instituted to be on the best road to maintaining and getting my glow to my skin back. As a melanated girly, I’ve been hyper aware that not everything will work best on my skin and may in fact be an issue so I appreciated the same advice and expertise that I received. You’ve gained a client. Thank you so much for this experience and having knowledgeable staff like Carla Ross!

The space itself is clean, beautiful, and instantly puts you at ease. From someone who hadn’t been treated in over a year, I’m so glad I went to Caroline! She was amazing and really took the time to listen to what I wanted and made the Botox process painless. The results are perfect — natural, refreshed, and exactly what I hoped for. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them & Caroline specifically! I’m a loyal customer now moving forward! 10/10
