For my first time getting my hair done at BAM I didn’t know what to do with my hair, but Melanie was so patient, kind, and helpful throughout the whole process. She made the experience easy and enjoyable, plus she made me feel very welcoming. Overall everyone was professional and attentive, and I really appreciate BAM Blowouts & Makeup for the care and quality they provide. I’ll definitely come back!
We had the most wonderful experience at BAM – Blowouts and Makeup for my daughters’ birthday. It was their first time ever getting hair and makeup done, and the staff was incredibly kind, patient, and thoughtful. They made my girls feel comfortable, special, and so excited. The results were amazing, and the experience meant so much to us. Highly recommend!
This place is a complete scam. We booked FOUR blowouts, tried to cancel, and were told we’d still be charged the full amount because of their rigid cancellation policy. Fine. We then informed them we’d be late—no response. When we arrived, they claimed we were “too late” and refused to wash our hair, even though that’s what we paid for. My hair was rushed through in 15 minutes (from 6:26 PM to 6:41 PM), which is unacceptable for a service that should take much longer. The kicker? My stylist admitted there was NO HOT WATER, meaning they couldn’t have washed our hair even if we had arrived earlier. Of course none of this was mentioned upon arrival. So instead of being honest, they blamed us and pocketed our money for services they couldn’t provide. This is dishonest, unprofessional, and feels like a deliberate attempt to profit off customers without delivering what was promised. If you value transparency, professionalism, and basic integrity, do NOT book here. There are plenty of other places that respect their clients—this is not one of them.
I had such a great experience at Bam Beauty Bar in Fort Worth! Desiree did an incredible job on my blowout — she listened carefully and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted, even though I felt like I was being a little picky. My hair turned out perfect, smooth, and full of volume. Everyone there was so kind and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was warm and relaxing — I’ll definitely be coming back!
I had the best experience at BAM! Jessica gave me one of the best blowouts I’ve ever had — perfectly executed and even better than the photo I showed her. The head massage was amazing, and she made the entire experience so relaxing and enjoyable. My hair looked incredible. Highly recommend Jessica and the BAM team!
