The staff working on Friday afternoon were all amazing. Starting with the young man at the reception desk who was very personable and professional. Michelle & Elizabeth were the best- both were friendly, informative, and had an overall calming presence. And if you're ever in need of a steroid injection, Michelle is the nurse to call on. Highly recommend this location if you're feeling under the weather.
Eliany and Ashley were courteous, friendly, and professional from the moment I arrived. Eliany efficiently checked me in and ensured all my information was accurate. Ashley was warm and personable, helping me feel comfortable while discussing my ankle sprain and even lightened the mood with a joke about the cute hospital sock. Frankie, the X-ray tech, was also very professional and considerate, taking care to perform the X-ray properly despite my discomfort and apologizing for the short wait. Although my visit lasted about two hours due to a busy day, the team’s professionalism and kindness made the experience excellent. I highly recommend this urgent care.
Glad for the upfront pricing. The doctor, nurse, and front desk were very pleasant and helpful. The video calls were unexpected, but actually a very brilliant way to speed up insurance verification and/or payment. Was able to park across the street, and was done before my 2hr time limit.
Everyone was amazing, From the moment I walked in the young man at the desk was attentive and consistently kept everyone updated on their status on time. Medical Assistant and nurse were friendly and kept me isolated from others while we waited for results. The doctor was an older gentlemen but very friendly and comforting. I tested positive for Influenza A. He provided all prescriptions and asked me to complete contactless registration and then I could go. That was pretty cool and quick also. I paid my copay and was on my way. All in all, I was there less than 1.5 hours. Remarkable.
I am SO thankful I found this place while on vacation in Miami with my family. No one wants to visit urgent care with a 3 year old on New Years Eve but I suspected an ear infection (later confirmed by the very kind and knowledgeable PA Jimenez). My experience could not have been better—from the helpful receptionist at my initial main center inquiry who gave me info about the center/my insurance, to the receptionist at the front who was very efficient and made us feel comfortable right from the moment we walked in. I expected a long wait but we were brought back right away by a very friendly RN (I wish I had gotten her name) who was thorough and very patient with my toddler! They even gave my little boy toys after the visit which made him very happy. I made two follow up calls to the nurse station after we left about the antibiotics that were prescribed, and never did I feel I was bothering anyone. Really—the entire staff could have been more pleasant. I which this place was in NJ! Best urgent care I’ve been to (and as a former nurse I’m pretty picky)!
