Robert is absolutely wonderful and did a great job and was very professional and courteous, and educated us on the service he was completing every step of the way. We were blessed to have him as our technician. My issue with barefoot lies with the office, they schedule you without calling to tell you that you are scheduled, so you have to call to make sure you are on the books then once confirmed they cancel your confirmed appointments without calling you so you basically are at their beck and call when you are under contract with them. They absolutely need to work on that because it’s a huge deal. I think the treatments they are providing are working though I do believe we will need more than what was said, and I love their techs we have had 5 different ones so far and everyone has been awesome but their office staff need A LOT of work. When you schedule pest control they should at least be able to call to schedule you, call to Confirm your appointment, and give you a two hour window which they do none of that. I’m hoping they work their kinks out and get better because I’d like to continue working with them.
Barefoot was once Fresh Pest Control which is the only reason why they have a 4.9. Read all of the most recent reviews please. We closed our account with them over a year ago because the quality of service went from a 5.0 with Fresh Pest to a 1.0 with Barefoot. Their communication was nonexistent and their services were, as well. Here we are over a year later and they have been harassing us with emails and texts, saying we owe them for services that we never had because we canceled and moved onto another company. We have called them to remind them that we canceled our services a year ago and had already settled any bill we had prior to our cancellation. When they tried to bill us again, we asked to speak to a manager and conveniently, they weren’t available. Now they have a collections agency going after us. You better believe we are disputing it and making sure everyone is aware of their dishonest business practices. Do not use them!!!! ****edit: after reading their response to this review, it shows their lack of thorough customer service. There was no balance or services rendered, hence the review. We are being harassed for money NOT owed. So if you want to be charged for services you will not receive and then never get customer service or any kind of response, call Barefoot!
Such a great experience! I called in the morning and talked to a very attentive agent. She got me on the schedule right away and accommodated my request for an earlier follow up due to us hosting in 10 days. Roland came out for the first service and was very friendly and explained everything to me. 10/10 recommend!
This was my regular quarterly service, and it was the first time Cody serviced my home. He did an excellent job! Cody was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process and what he was doing throughout the visit. He treated both the inside and outside of the house and also dusted the garage thoroughly. I really appreciated his attention to detail and great customer service. Highly recommend!
Kyle, my representative and inspector of Barefoot Mosquito and Pest Control in Austin, Texas came out and evaluated my bug problem and was very thorough. He had a friendly attitude, very patient in listening to me explain my situation in detail, and was very professional in responding to my questions promptly and informatively. I am very happy with him and his services to address my problem with bed bugs. If he is as good as he did with the inspection as he is with the services then I will be a very happy customer and will return to Barefoot Mosquito and Pest Control again.
