Barnes & Noble au Long Beach Towne Center propose une grande librairie bien fournie et un café convivial. Les clients louent le personnel accueillant, en particulier les caissiers et caissières, l'agencement bien organisé et une sélection variée — allant des éditions à tranches sprayées à des œuvres d'art de fans sous licence. Rude Starbucks female staff Saturday night 1/17/2026 7:40pm. Ordered a hot chocolate, didn’t call it out, she yelled cafe with soy misto instead, I walked up to pickup and glared at me, I asked is this my hot chocolate, she replied YES IT’S YOUR HOT CHOCOLATE, how am I supposed to know if you yell out the wrong order when placing it on the counter, the service at this star bucks is inconsistent, maybe they don’t like working the Starbucks counter, rather work the book store counter and having to switch between the two is irritating to them.
As a non-US citizen who finally step inside Barnes & Noble for the first time, I was in awe by their collection. The sprayed edges edition for fiction books to the bookish stuff and licensed fan art, I apply for membership right on the spot.
This is 1 of the 2 locations I visit frequently and it is by far my favorite. It's large and I love the layout. Customer service is always great, including at the cafe, and the store is always clean, well-stocked, and well-organized.
I love this place because there some Back To The Future stuff here I am getting very happy right now about barnes & noble at Long Beach Towne Center 😊 😃
I love coming here and every time I get cashier 5485 she treats me very the upmost respect and I feel appreciated for coming to buy books. She also loves my bearded dragon, Chubz which is definitely a plus. This cashier is definitely the best.
