I got $100 gift card at Barnes & Noble‘s. I went straight there couldn’t find what I was looking for cause I saw it online so I was looking to get it in the store so I asked a worker and she found it we were looking for a yellow book or a red book and then it ended up being the opposite red or yellow. I can’t remember so that’s why we couldn’t find it and then when I asked for other books, she kind of like asked the other lady and then the other girl was like I know exactly where that is and she brought me three books back to check out to see which one I wanted and I actually picked one that she brought to me so I bought three books in total and my gift card was 100 and I spent 101 something so I’m a pretty good shopper
I am in the store now. I asked an associate about the planners. She would give me short, unfriendly answers. She was heavier set, darker blonde hair up in a ponytail top of head, black sweatshirt. She looked like she rolled out of bed to come to work. Just be friendly. I know my $35-40 dale doesn't mean much, but she alone lost my business. I walked out because of her. If she can't manage a smile, quit.
Had what we need checkout was fairly quick. We were almost given the wrong book as we pre-ordered and someone else had also with the same last name. Always make sure it's what you wanted before leaving.
Nice big clean place and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The same book was cheaper here than BAM. I will definitely revist Barnes and Noble. The book was a good read as well.
Employee Autumn went above and beyond! I was looking for book 2 and 3 in a series. Autumn helped me locate book 3. Book 2 was supposed to be in stock according to their system, but wasn't were it should have been. She went to the stock room, check other sections within the store, and eventually tracked it down! Most employees at any store would have just given you or said, let's order it online, but she found it, and I went home extremely pleased that I didn't have to wait for it to ship! Thank you, Autumn!
