They were very responsive! I called in mid morning and Michael was at our door by 2:00 pm. Not only did he attend to the issue with the washer, he left instructions for cleaning and maintaining our washer and dishwasher... complete with formulas. Great service and knowledgeable technician.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company. I’ve had Michael help me twice in the past year with repair to our 12 year old GE refrigerator. We are in Oakland Hills. He is super responsive (for the recent issue he came within 2 hours of my call!), communicates extremely well (both by text, phone, and in person), and did a great job. Transparent and fair pricing. Really just excellent all around.
Bay Area Appliance Repair did an excellent job fixing my Viking oven. Michael was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient—he diagnosed the issue quickly and had it working in no time! Great service from start to finish. I really appreciate the clear communication and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
My experience with Michael and Bay Area Appliance Repair could not have been more smooth and pleasant. Our dryer started making a knocking sound, I reached out and Michael got me on the schedule for the next day. He diagnosed and fixed the issue on the same visit and now we can dry our clothes again! Will definitely be a return customer the next time something breaks.
Michael is a master repair man. Humble, intelligent and honest. Every time the wife and I have an issue Bay Area Appliance Repair is who we turn to for the past 2 years. He always shows up on time and cleans up afterwards (which he really doesn’t have to do). If you want a no BS repairman this is who you call.
