My PT Tech, Levi is informative and explains things in terms you understand. He prints out examples of the exercises I need to do at home to make it easier for me to follow. He is on time for my appointment so there is no waiting. He keeps you talking while exercising so your mind is busy and you can exercise more. I have seen Improvement in my foot and ankle in 2 visits.
I had the most thorough, friendly and informative experience for my pre-op dor breast cancer. My therapist was absolutely wonderful and she was kinx enough to follow-up with informative information about my post surgery!! THANK YOU!
Knowledgeable therapists. Too much time is spent on evaluation for a patient who was referred by Inhouse re Hab . allowing family member with the patient in the therapy room is worth considering as the member will help the patient to do exercises at home
Excellent service. My therapist, Chitra was the BEST! She was so understanding, compassionate and most of all professional. Very knowledgeable of my therapeutic needs. She knew how far to push me.. I never thought I would look forward to our sessions. Also Megan, the manager, had a great team! Thank you Chitra!
It has been such a blessing to receive outpatient therapy and care at BSW. I was treated for cognitive, occupational and physical therapy. Overall, very attentive staff and I was accommodated with a private room when I needed it. All the therapists are truly so kind. Never felt like a number here, all therapists take the time to get to know you on a personal level. Feels very much like a family atmosphere.
