⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We are so thrilled we chose Bayou Bluegrass Catering for our wedding! I had inquired with several other catering companies before committing, and I’m so glad we went with Bayou. Their menu options are extensive, and I loved that they also offer convenient rental add-ons like linens and napkins, which made planning so much easier. Another major plus is that their team is large and experienced, which means they can seamlessly handle multiple events in one day — something that really set them apart from other companies we considered. The presentation was beautiful, and the staff was completely attentive to us as the bride and groom. We were constantly waited on for refills and never had to lift a finger for food. They also handled our guests’ allergies and dietary needs effortlessly. Every dish was delicious — the pasta bar was a huge hit, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the kale salad, bourbon bacon jam tart, twice baked potatoes, and passed cannoli’s. Multiple people told us it was some of the best wedding food they’ve ever had! I’ll be adding photos soon, but for now, I cannot recommend Bayou Bluegrass enough. I cannot wait to send them a thank-you note because they deserve our sincere gratitude!
I would highly recommend Bluegrass Catering more to anyone who is getting married or just needs excellent catering in general. Dana was the absolute best to work with, answering all of our questions anytime and walking us through the entire process. I would highly recommend one of their tasting events, it allows you to get to know Dana and try all their delicious food. The day of our wedding was so easy and fun!! Dana the rest of the Bluegrass crew has everything set up, food was even better than we remembered at the tasting, and our bar tender Stayci Buckner was fabulous!! Our guest could not stop raving about the food and amazing drinks, along with their service!! 100/10 would recommend and I only wish Google has more stars to select!!
After a few other high price quotes and having issues getting a caterer to answer my questions.. I posted on a FB wedding group that I needed help. Bayoiu Bluegraas stepped in with their amazing customer service and impressed me right off the bat answering me promptly and courteously. We live over 9 hours away so we based our selections off of descriptions and IG pics, with guidance from John Newton we were able to create a menu that was exciting and even add on to have our salads already plated - which I highly recommend because it creates an elegant look! We had a few hiccups with our wedding venue and needed tables and chairs and then didn’t.. John was helpful and patient with all of our changes, never making me feel stressed about my day.. John showed up on time with Alex and Johnny to set up, the peach salad was amazing! My fiancé ate it and he doesn’t enjoy salads very often! Time came to enjoy our buffet and omg.. everything was sooo delicious!! Brisket, chicken, green beans and risotto .. oh the risotto!! Everything was heated perfectly and tender and juicy! My fiancé and I were taking pics and had missed the cocktail hour hors d’oeuvres but Johnny and Alex ensured we got taken care of with our own plate of them :). Our guests also raved about how wonderful all the food was and great John, Johnny and Alex were.. and to top it all off .. when we hadn’t even thought about who was going to put out and serve desserts we had brought from home .. they stepped in again and saved the day! Above and beyond amazed at how wonderful and accommodating Bayou Bluegrass was for our.wedding day, and if I’m ever in need of a catered meal event in KY I would 100% not hesitate to call them. Do yourself a favor and do the same!!
Tiffany and her team helped our company celebrate our 60th anniversary with a fantastic event at the Round Barn at Red Mile. They were patient with us for months worth of planning, questions and details. The night of our event, they were also on-hand to help in every way. I was confident from beginning to end that their team would handle any issues and they did. The food was amazing, the serving staff was helpful and attentive as well. The bartenders did a great job keeping up with our guests and they helped to make everything high energy and fun while remaining professional. Next time we have any kind of event, we will know who to call.
We used Bayou for our wedding back in November, and they were incredible! Dana was so great to work with and the entire staff was so amazing the whole night! They worked so hard and the food was absolutely amazing! All of our guests went on and on about it being the best food they had ever had at a wedding and people are still asking us who we used and telling us how great it was! I cannot say enough good things and I 100% recommend using Bayou!
