We had service completed on our Jeep at Bayshore. Everyone was very knowledgeable and took their time with us to help us make choices and understand the issues we needed to address. I would recommend them to everyone. I am a return customer and will definitely be using them in the future.

My vehicle was towed late in the evening in due to it throw in a piston while driving down I-95. The next morning I communicated with John and he assured me that they would review the situation and get back to me. The next thing I know I’m getting a text video of the damages and being advised that someone will reach out to me shortly. 15 minutes later, John called. He provided me with options. I gotta say I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism of your staff and manager. Due to the damages, I chose to salvage the vehicle and did not spend any money with your company. However, I can’t say enough about the experience I had dealing with Bayshore Tire and service. You all are a first rate operation that I will personally consider for future needs as well as highly recommend to others.

I have had the opportunity to work with them on multiple occasions, and they have consistently demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and genuine care. Their honest advice, clear communication, and willingness to ensure that every concern is properly addressed have been truly commendable. They have been extremely helpful and accommodating, and their dedication has made every visit a positive and reassuring experience.
