This is my first negative review, but after over a year of trying to resolve this privately, I feel I have no choice. I brought my late mother’s watch to BC Clark simply to identify the brand. I was encouraged to have it cleaned and a battery replaced. During disassembly, the watch was broken and sent to Houston for repair. Months later when the watch was returned, I was billed nearly $1,000, which I paid, despite the damage occurring while in their care. When I later tried to wear the watch, it did not keep accurate time so I returned the watch to the store and was told—again—it had to go back to Houston. ANOTHER 2 months have past and I have called multiple times and gone into the store several times. Each time I was told someone would call me. At this point, I do not care if the watch works—I simply want my mother’s watch returned to me. The lack of communication, disrespect and accountability has been extremely disappointing.
Joe Ichaporia went above and beyond in assisting me through the shopping process, and he always made himself available when I needed. I can't thank the BC Clark team enough for gracious service.

We had an amazing experience at BC Clark Northpark thanks to Joe Ichaporia! We brought in a ring (purchased from another jeweler) to be resized, and Joe made the process absolutely seamless. He accommodated our tight deadline for engagement photos, and the ring came back fitting flawlessly. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made the entire process stress free.
