I heard on TikTok that this chain is Black-owned, so I was super excited and ready to support. But let me just say: do not go to this particular location if you expect good service—or even a simple “hello” when you walk in. If you want a dirty store and employees with terrible attitudes, then sure, this is the spot. The selection here doesn’t compare at all to their other location. And let me brag on that one for a moment: every single person in the other store helped me, went above and beyond, and made me feel welcome. I’m from Houston, so I’m no stranger to beauty supply shops—I know which ones are great and which ones need work. This location needs to get it together. The atmosphere was so low vibrational I walked in and right out. If the owner happens to see this: ma’am, the people you have working here are sabotaging your business. I believe in supporting Black-owned stores, but this location is not representing you well. The other spot is a clear five stars—clean, friendly, and fully stocked. As for this one? Only stop by if you need a quick lip liner, lip gloss, or edge control. Nothing more.
I had such a delightful experience! The ladies were very accommodating and helped me find what I was looking for. I really enjoyed my visit and happy to see a new big beauty supply in the area ! 😎
I came into this establishment by way of Google maps. Seeing that it was the closest beauty supply that offered a large variety of ethnic products. While entering I did not feel welcome, there were young ladies standing around that did not want to offer assistance. When I asked for help they became irritated and gave attitude. Come to find out they were not very knowledgeable about certain products and were not willing to help so I asked if there was another beauty supply close and the answer was no. So I asked another customer that entered the door and she gladly gave me another option. So I took my business elsewhere. I do not recommend this place unless you need your basics. Gel, edge control, stocking cap, little odds and ends, nothing more to say!
Great customer service. I was very satisfied shopping at this beauty supply store. They have the greatest quality and finest jewelry in this town. I will definitely be back.
