I can't remember the name of my nail tech (so sorry!), but she's going to school for Early Child Development so hopefully this reaches her! So, I went today with my mom and my nail tech was amazing! A different salon did something weird to my nails by putting some kind of putty on it before gel and I was worried about getting it off. She took the time to soak and scrape it off and I really appreciate all her hard work. She was very meticulous and my nails came out fantastic! I really recommend her!
I love this place. Let’s just get that straight. I had a nail appt scheduled that totally slipped my mind. In times past there has always been a phone call reminder. I would have shown up if that had happened. I did not get a call. At all. I was charged 100% no show. The beauty bar is wonderful but they dropped the ball hard. I’ll be taking my nail needs elsewhere for awhile.
I've been meaning to write this for a while! I just wanted to brag about my hair stylist! Rachel B. always does such a great job with so much love and effort. So many times she has corrected my hair color, ensures that I am comfortable, and gives me the result that is healthiest and best for my hair. She has a strong devotion to her work and her clients, I could never leave her! The Beauty Bar is also such a relaxing and safe salon with excellent service all around!!
Called last minute two days before a wedding for a pedicure, kind of not expecting to be fit in. Not only did they book me same day, but could even accommodate a time in the evening after my work shift! Scheduling the appointment was super easy over the phone, and the receptionist was polite while explaining their booking and cancellation policy-- which all seemed standard. Walked me through the tiers available. I booked the Signature Pedi. I got there a little early and Maria was ready and waiting for me! She was super friendly, let me complain about my previous pedicure experiences, made me feel comfortable about being so ticklish, and entertained my color indecisiveness-- helping me find the pink that was pink enough, not too pink, and not too light and not too dark. She gave me good tips on how to prepare for the next pedicure and even some after care to keep my heels from crusting over. I've definitely paid less for pedicures, but it showed in the experience. Couldn't have had a better time. Definitely worth the price!
I had a head spa and blowout today and it was absolutely amazing. I left the salon feeling totally relaxed and refreshed. My stylist did a wonderful job with my blowout and made me feel and look beautiful. The atmosphere was so relaxing and everyone was very friendly. Thank you for making me feel like the most important person in the room today.
