Shout out to staff member, Walhan. Very helpful and professional, but also knows how to make customers feel comfortable. I came in to purchase a watch, already with an idea of what I wanted. He set up insurance etc, and explained everything clearly.
My wife was given a £100 gift card which due to unforeseen and rather sad circumstances had been put to one side and forgotten about until recently. The gift card was out of date by a number of years but following an exchange of emails staff at Beaverbrooks Liverpool confirmed they would honour the gift card. Today we purchased two sets of earrings putting £50 to the value of the gift card. Staff at Beaverbrooks in Liverpool provided an exceptional and caring service both prior to and during the purchasing process and my wife and I are extremely grateful…..thank you!
We bought a bracelet and necklace from beaverbrooks. When I got the bracelet on my birthday the clasp was wobbly wouldn’t close and the bracelet was uneven when it closed, so we took it back a woman fixed it there and then it was all good. Couple weeks later the clasp went back wobbly and the unevenness broke the bracket it wouldn’t fasten we was met with disappointing custom service saying the woman couldn’t of fixed it there and then as it was insured and they can’t do it it’s up to the insurance to sort it out (basically saying we had lied🤣) bracket was delivered to the house all great. Then the necklace had broke which was my final straw took that back bearing mind we don’t live close to Liverpool it was the closet branch to us we don’t drive either so the train fair was also an issue since we had been back there 6 times in one month. They had this new staff member working there not their fault that they wasn’t trained properly by the manager but of course the manager did a very poor job to train him he missed important details out such as what to bring back for when we want to collect my necklace back which when we went back again found out we had brong back a code letter for it. It is a horrible atmosphere staff members looking at eachother smirking when we have a problem yet again. First and last time I will ever purchase from there 🤬
Amazing experience all round. When my daughter and I entered to look for a watch for her 16th birthday, we were greeted by Wally with a lovely smile and very pleasant and welcoming manner. He went through all our options, she picked the watch for her but we needed to order 2 extra links, this was done, I was contacted and informed that the links had arrived via text message. I went in today (15/6/25) to collect the watch, I was greeted by a lovely gentleman, apologies I didn’t catch his name. Both him and Hannah were a delight. I will definitely be back to purchase something for myself. Amazing staff in the Liverpool branch. Thank you. A very happy customer and will have a very happy daughter on her birthday
