i love beeQ. the salon is bright and airy, clean and very relaxing. the technicians are very friendly and kind. pedi chairs are super comfy and the massage feature functions well (i've sat on many broken ones that totally disappoint so this is a big deal for me).
I had my nails done at a different nail salon, out of state, and it started peeling. I went to see if they could help me. They fixed my nails and were so incredibly kind. I highly recommend this salon and when I’m back in MN I will definitely go back.
Mia did a great job with my nails. She was attentive, reassuring, willing to listen to feedback and help explain the process. I don't do my nails often and was so nervous about the whole process because I can be a bit of a perfectionist. Even though she is an expert in her field with over 9+ years of nail experience, she remains so humble and understanding and willing to hear me out and make sure that I really like the nails. I came in not sure what I want. When I show her a picture she was able to help me with recommendations. I ended up getting an acrylic full set, ombre. The host was also very welcoming and helpful! He was an absolute gentleman, pulled out our seat for us and made sure we had something to drink. His care and attentiveness definitely made a big big difference and gives you a luxury and elegant experience in a nail salon. So thanksful to all the ladies that helped with oue pedicare as well. They were all soo soo sweet! It was a snowy night, so aooreciate everyone that stayed to do our mani/pedi. Such a great team! Also I think they have a very fair price for the experience.
I had an excellent experience. It was my first time at the shop and I requested a nail tech with experience doing long acrylic nails. They assigned me Amy with 10 years of experience - it showed! Her attention to detail and kind demeanor wowed me. The shop was clean, no fumes, good selection of colors and comfortable seats.
One of the best nail salons we’ve ever been to! Very clean and organized. I got a simple clean-up manicure, and my wife got gel nail extensions. The nail technicians were very nice, and checked in the make sure that nothing they were doing hurt or made us uncomfortable.
