Ben helped us purchase our dream home this past month. He was honest when we were looking at different houses and is very knowledgeable of home pricing. He does his due diligence to research comps carefully and is even better at communicating with the sellers side about reality of the market while not making the seller feel off put by the offer we made. Ben was able to help us negotiate our house price down by 10% at the very start of our offer. Once inspections were completed he sat with us and discussed the many options we had if the house was still our dream home and we wanted to move forward. When it was all said and done, Ben was able to get 10% off the house price and 20k in concessions. Although buying a house can cause many emotions, with many ups and downs along the way, Ben was able to get us through each milestone professionally while also easing our stress. I highly recommend Ben when looking to buy a home, as he will fight for his buyers to get the very best price possible.
