I recently completed several treatment sessions at BenchMark Physical Therapy and overall I've been having a very good experience. BPT has such a inviting atmosphere that helps you feel comfortable during treatment. From the friendly staff, to the cleanliness, to the quality of care. Also, I must say that the therapists are very knowledgeable and explain things clearly. The exercises that are recommended for me feels just right for my needs. Let's not forget that scheduling appointments that fit my schedule is very easy. Awesome place to visit, highly recommended!!
I have many great things to say about this organization. I have truly enjoyed every moment going through therapy. Faith is a joy to work with even when I had to bring a little person, the other ladies and Brandon made it easy for me to focus on my therapy. This crew is extremely knowledgeable of all the services they provide and it runs smoothly even on very busy days. This group of people present a family environment among the staff. Friendly and happy bunch of professional individuals and it shows when you are welcomed in. Faith thanks for all your help.
I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Mara at Benchmark PT. She is truly an awesome physical therapist! Mara is not only incredibly knowledgeable and professional but also so friendly and encouraging. She made my sessions productive and genuinely enjoyable. If you're looking for top-notch care, I highly recommend asking for Mara!
BenchMark Physical Therapy: Where Healing Happens and You Might Actually Laugh Confession: I was dreading physical therapy for my cranky shoulder. But BenchMark? They're different. First off, the vibe is just... good. Everyone is easy-going and genuinely funny. It's like, "Okay, my shoulder hurts, but at least I'm not bored!" But let's talk about the real MVP: Dr. Faith Diy, DPT. This human is a sorceress of sorts. She zeroed in on my shoulder issue faster than I find the last cookie in the jar. And her plan? GOLD. Seriously, after just my first visit with Dr. Faith, things started feeling better. I was genuinely shooketh. Who knew PT wasn't just about painful stretches?! Honestly, this was probably the best "medical" experience I've ever had. Great results, great people, and zero stuffiness. If you need some fixing but also appreciate a good laugh and a chill atmosphere, BenchMark Physical Therapy is your spot. Go see Dr. Faith and the crew!
BenchMark Physical Therapy is an amazing place! I had a friend recommend this office for PT and I’m so thankful for their advice. I did have a hard time finding their office when I first came here, as it’s listed under a different address in maps. My GPS took me to an incorrect location, but I talked to their office on the phone and they helped me figure it out. I included pictures of their building in hopes that it helps others know they are going to the correct location. The staff here are so nice and amazing at what they do! I started with them barely able to move and over the past month have greatly increased my mobility. Faith Diy is the best!! She is so friendly, patient, and kind! She made me feel comfortable since I was new to doing physical therapy. She is really knowledgeable and gave me exercises to do at home as well that continue to help with my rehabilitation. I highly recommend coming here if you have any physical therapy needs! Even if it’s a bit of a drive to get to this location as they will take great care of you!
