We had a great experience with Ben’s plumbing! We had a new fridge and the water line was not working. Eric and Nick were both very nice and spent some time troubleshooting and ultimately replaced the line. They did a great job talking me through everything and were efficient with their time.
Josh and Alex truly went above and beyond for us. They were here for three visits and handled some genuinely challenging work with professionalism and care. The main job involved replacing a toilet drain lead bend, which turned out to be very complex - they had to cut through a joist to do it properly, and one night they worked all the way until 7pm to make sure it was done right. What really stood out was everything they helped with outside the original scope. They installed both a toilet and a sink even though that wasn’t part of their job, and the sink required installing the faucet and assembling legs onto it, they just took it on without hesitation. They also went upstairs to help us diagnose a toilet valve leak and helped fix it on the spot even though that wasn't a part of their scope. We also had our 1-year-old baby at home during the work, and Josh and Alex were incredibly mindful of him the entire time; making sure stair areas were safe, keeping tools secured, and being very aware of where he was. As parents, that level of consideration meant a lot to us. Throughout the process, they were patient, thorough, and clearly cared about doing quality work, not just checking boxes. It’s rare to find tradespeople who are this willing to help when things get complicated. We’re incredibly grateful for their effort and would absolutely recommend them. If you’re working with this company, ask for Josh and Alex... you’ll be in very good hands.
When our disposer sprung a leak, we contacted Ben's Plumbing because they had outstanding ratings, reviews, and a great web site. Nolan and Eric did excellent work on everything we needed to have done, including extras we added to their work order. When a surprise electrical glitch was discovered, Nolan immediately jumped in to help us located an equally-highly-rated local electrician. All is now back up and running smoothly. A thousand thank you's to Nolan, Eric, and Michelle for being so professional and kind. They all did outstanding work and we are very grateful and happy we called Ben's Plumbing.
We needed a new water heater, mine was 10 years old and I wasn’t waiting for a leak or emergency to have me make the call in a rush. We have special equipment and needed a good company to handle the install. Ben’s was referred to me by a contractor I worked with, but I still called 3 companies, (one didn’t show up and one didn’t follow up). Ben’s was quick to come to my house to provide an estimate and look at what I needed, they were prompt with an estimate returned to me, I had polite, knowledgeable installers who went the extra mile (Nick) and did things that probably should’ve been done 10 years ago to the piping and everything was reasonably executed. I am happy I used Ben’s I got great value and service.
