We had great service from Berkowitz in Adelaide (thanks especially to Scott) and the Melbourne warehouse/office staff. It was an unusual order - submitted in SA but for delivery in rural VIC - and there was a mix up but it was quickly sorted out. Delivery went smoothly and the chairs are lovely. Great people. Great products.
Great service, from the initial product selection stage to the delivery stage. Everything went very smoothly. The furniture is lovely. The workmanship on the custom-made buffet is very impressive. I would definitely recommend Berkowitz to friends and family.
Absolutely fabulous! Landscape Sofa. So so happy with this 3 seater couch. Great for sleeping on so no need for a sofa bed. Service (Ruby Moorabbin) and product quality all around with Berkowitz. Going back to get the 2 seater now!
I purchased a beautiful leather lounge suite from Berkowitz at Springvale in Victoria and the assistance I was given in helping to choose the best fit and quality and colour was wonderful. As this purchase was for my new home that I was not able to move into for a few months, Berkowitz were very accommodating in scheduling the delivery exactly the day after I moved in. This was perfect for me and greatly appreciated so that I didn’t have to move it myself from my old house. I would recommend Berkowitz for quality furniture and excellent customer service and knowledge.
