Clarissa was an absolute delight to work with throughout the entire process! 5 years ago we were looking for our first home in Lexington, KY, and Lindsey Bivens was recommended to us. She found out our criteria and requirements and set up some filters for us to start seeing some home offerings in Lexington area immediately. We found our dream first home thanks to her within a few days. She made the process seamless, painless, very efficient and pleasant. She then kept in touch over the years. When it came time to relocate and sell the house, there was no other option for a realtor than Lindsey. We specifically requested for her to be our representative with our Relo company given the outstanding service she had provided when we bought the house. Once again she went above and beyond expectations. She worked with our busy schedules, kept us updated on viewings, gave excellent professional advice that facilitated the whole process and we sold the house within the first week of listing. I cannot say enough great things about Lindsey. She is personable, knowledgeable, amazing and awesome. I will highly recommend her for anyone looking for an outstanding Realtor.
