Hayden helped me and was an absolute gem. I was able to get the microwave I needed, amd he even put it in the car for me. He was so kind and super easy to talk to. He was very professional and I really appreciated his help.
We paid for an iPhone with home delivery, but due to their mistake it was delivered to the wrong address and we never received it. When we contacted customer service and explained the situation, they did not admit the error or offer any solution. This experience made us lose trust in Best Buy, especially in their delivery and customer service.😖😖😖😖
I want to take a moment to recognize Paden Vellia, the Experience Manager at the Charlotte–Rivergate Best Buy. Every time I walk into this store, Paden is consistently available, approachable, and welcoming. His positive attitude never changes, he is always friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. To touch briefly on our experience, we did have a negative interaction with Geek Squad (Shawn) related to an item we had purchased that was causing issues. During the back-and-forth, we were informed by Shawn that he did not need to service us, which was both disappointing and concerning, especially as long-term customers of the Rivergate Best Buy who have held an Unlimited Membership warranty for years. Understandably, the situation was frustrating for us, so we requested to speak with Shawn’s supervisor, Christopher. While Shawn was on the phone with Christopher explaining his side, Paden stopped by to check in and ensure everything was okay. After we explained the situation, Paden immediately stepped in to assist. He took ownership of the issue, remained involved throughout the entire process, and was able to fully resolve it. Honestly, if it hadn’t been for Paden stepping in, we were strongly considering taking our business elsewhere possibly even to a different Best Buy location. Paden quickly changed that. His leadership and hands-on approach truly set the tone for the store and his team, and it clearly shows in the level of service he personally provides. He definitely leads by example. This experience truly highlights Paden’s commitment to customer service and his willingness to go above and beyond to ensure a positive outcome. It’s rare to find a manager who is this engaged, dependable, and customer-focused. Kudos to Paden, and I highly recommend this Best Buy location.
The staff here is very helpful and honest. I was trying on smart watches and mistakenly left my own watch on the table. Fast forward 3 days, I go back in realizing my error and they had held on to my watch and happily returned it.
I recently bought an iPad and a new cover from Best Buy, and the entire process was outstandingly quick and smooth. I placed my order, and almost immediately, I received the notification that it was ready for pickup. The convenience of the outdoor locker box pickup was the absolute best part! It was my first time using the locker system, and it was incredibly efficient. The transaction was practically instantaneous. I simply scanned my code, the locker opened, and I had my items. There was zero waiting time, and the whole process was over in seconds. This touch less, lightning-fast method is fantastic and greatly appreciated. Highly recommend using the locker pickup for a seamless and quick experience!
