My family has been using Best in Show for repairs for years! Even though we're in Plano, we drive to Garland because this shop really is the BEST! Charles, the owner, personally worked and communicated with me on several occasions and the whole team that works there is super helpful and responsive. The repairs were done in a timely manner and the car looks good as new. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience at Best in Show Collision! They were incredibly responsive from the time I called them with my hood latch issue to the moment I arrived. I came in thinking it would take a few hours with other customers ahead of me, but they had it diagnosed and fixed in about 10 minutes. The best part is, since it was such a small issue, they didnt charge me! Hard to find mechanics with this level of customer service.
Honestly such a great place - I was recommended by my grandpa who prides himself on research and everything he found turned out to be true. They’re great with dealing with insurance and truly vouch for you. I interacted with Janet and Charlie, and they are both such kind people. This is a place that leaves your car better than they found it, they even cleaned the interior and filled up the tank.

I can’t thank John enough for the amazing job he did on my bumper! Not only did he fix the damage quickly, but he also made sure everything lined up perfectly and looked like new again. He was professional, reliable, and clearly takes pride in his work. On top of that, his pricing was wonderful and the quality was outstanding.
