Andrew and Alex did an amazing job moving our home from SW to SE Calgary. They were very professional, efficient and fast. They took great care to make sure our home and furniture were not damaged. Would highly recommend Best Moves to friends and family that need moving services!
Everything from Request to Booking to the movie itself was super smooth. I’m already forgetting the three gents names but they did an excellent job and were super calm which was really appreciated as our building key holder was a little late setting up. Adam I can remember because of all the questions I had to bug him with. He was fantastic as well. It felt like out of ten quotes I got, Best Moves was the most transparent, detailed and competitive. Would highly recommend.
From beginning to end this company has been quick, responsive and professional!Russ did an in-home estimate the same day providing a written quote later that evening with a fair and reasonable price. Despite my move date procrastination, Best Moves was able to accommodate my last minute needs even holding a date for my final confirmation. I am doing a complicated double move - home to storage to new home, Russ worked with me to achieve an effortless transition from phase to phase. He arranged heated storage via Best Moves for the parking time in between moves - coordinating it all for me! Russ is personable, friendly and most importantly trustworthy. It can be difficult to trust moving companies particularly regarding costs from estimate to actual. Russ stuck to his word and I’m confident that I can trust what we have negotiated for the second half of my move as well. Number one trait needed in a moving company is TRUST! Moving Day: Tudor, Artem and Mikola arrived on time, dressed in professional Best Moves attire. I was impressed by how quickly they worked moving boxes into the truck. - more than half done in 45 mins! (Moving from 3 bdrm TH with more boxes than furniture). Moving my VERY heavy electric bed base was effortless! Impressive! The movers advised me of break times and assured me I was not charged for periods of rest. They were friendly, polite and respectful of my personal belongings as well as the walls/floors of the property. (Floors covered) Definitely want the same crew for Part 2 of the move! They were fantastic! *The same great team moved my belongings from storage to my new home 3 hours away. As with the first part of the move they worked quickly despite the -21C weather. Same great service as the first portion of the move. Friendly and accommodating Tudor and the guys worked hard late into the night with short breaks. I would definitely request the same team should I ever move again. Russ honoured our original quote and was always accessible throughout both moves! I would not hesitate recommending Best Moves! If you’re looking for a trustworthy, professional, reasonably priced company with fast, and skilled moving teams to alleviate some of the stress inherent with a move Best Moves is that place! These guys were amazing! Arrived on time in -18 weather and got the job done in the exact time I booked for! They took apart my huge bed and put it back together and moved every single piece for me. I would highly recommend these guys!! Thanks Serge and Alex!!!
We moved from Edmonton to Calgary on the coldest, snowiest day of the year, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team. Tudor, Artem, and Nicolas were top-notch professionals from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked incredibly hard, were efficient, careful, and clearly planned everything well. Our home and belongings were in the best hands possible. We underestimated how much we had to move, but when we arrived in Calgary, they quickly arranged for four additional movers to come help. Thanks to their flexibility, planning, and problem-solving, we were fully unloaded and settled before 11 p.m. the very same day. Everything arrived in great shape, and despite the -25 temperatures, they never slowed down. Max was always quick to respond and incredibly easy to communicate with, and the team was consistently available whenever we had questions or needed support. From the moment I clicked “request a quote” to the time we paid, everyone was responsive, respectful, and affordable. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving. Great work and a great company!
