Jared and John installed a new furnace, UV-light air filter, and thermostat on the day after we had purchased it. (an extremely cold Saturday). They did an excellent job! They answered any questions we had, were very confident and experienced in what they were doing and took time when they were done to be sure we were satisfied with everything about the new equipment. A great crew!!
Communication before the appointment was very easy & clear. Paul called before appointment as well & was on time. He listened to porblem, reset thermostat, checked out furnace in relation to thermostat wiring, replaced humidifier water filter panel, gave me instructions about doing this on my own ea. yr., checked thermostat cycle again before leaving. He was helpful and took the time to explain things.
The company was great about fitting us in on the same day. Josh was very informative about what our issues were and explained how to fix them. Polite professional and easy to communicate with. We will use them for all our HVAC needs. Thank you guys!
We had a leak in the same week in our hot water tank and our garbage disposal. We called Betlem and they sent a Tech out that day and once we decided on the work they were back the next day. Hunter did the work and was very thorough, personable and respectful, very nice guy. Shout out to Hunter and I believe it was Dylan who delivered parts, they are a good team.
Brandon came rather quickly after completing his previous job. He called me 15 minutes before his arrvial and was very friendly when coming in. He was methodically in his diagnosis of the problem and found the issue efficiently. He fixed the problem, did a thorough test inclusing the CO level, made sure everything is in good order, and wrote a detailed report. I told him he saved us on the first snow day of this winter！I really meant that. Very professional, very helpful. I would recomend Brandon and Betlem highly to my friends. The dispatcher also was helpful as he gave very accurate time estimates, and the earliest possible appointment. Betlem also charges a very reasonable fee, compared to another company I called (which scheduled us to 3 days later!). They deserve all the praise！
