BFS Boxing est une salle de boxe et un centre d’entraînement situé au 4335 N Academy Blvd #B à Colorado Springs. Les avis louent l’entraîneur Ali pour ses connaissances, la sécurité et un environnement motivant et respectueux qui aide les débutants, les enfants et les filles à apprendre une technique correcte et à apprécier le sparring. Un avis note des incohérences occasionnelles dans l’encadrement après une période d’essai, mais beaucoup trouvent la salle accueillante et compétente.

I have all things good to say, I have 5 boys that go here, the Coach is completely in control of the children and the kids in turn obey and respect the Coach. No yelling or talking down. Respect given, respect received. My boys love coming here, all of them! It has helped with aggression growing into young manhood and with focus. Highly recommend. For girls too!
Honest review time. I leave this here because the Google reviews were why I selected this gym, and they are not reflective of my experience. Coach Ali is clearly knowledgeable, unfortunately he has checked out completely. The "trial" class he will be attentive and actually teach you something. As soon as you sign up it completely changes. I went for three months, I learned absolutely nothing from Coach Ali after the first free session. Reason I didn't learn anything is he did not attempt to teach me. Here is how a class will go: 1. 15 minutes of Jump rope or some random cardio drill, usually jump rope. 2. Heavy bag work, coach will be in his office on the phone, no feedback given. 3. Coach comes out of his office to demonstrate a combo that he comes up with on the spot, practice with a partner for 15 minutes, no feedback given. Back to the office, phone call. 4. Body sparring for the remaining 15 minutes with a hopefully tenured student who will teach you and correct you. Coach Ali only works with the amateur boxers that are under him, he does not care about newcomers, at least that is how it seems Coach Ali is a nice person, but seems to not be invested in his own gym anymore.
I was telling someone about this place today & I never left a review. A great place to learn boxing techniques & it is FUN!! It’s been years since I was here & had to leave due to injury not related to this gym, but if I could join another boxing gym, this would be it!! Highly recommend! It’s a fantastic workout! Ali is kind, serious & funny & wants you to get the most out of your experience. It’s important you learn & do correctly—plus you get to spar & that is awesome!! Everyone here from trainers to other boxers encourage each other throughout the workout! It’s a very motivating environment! I also enjoyed watching the actual boxers spar—he has them from kid ages to adults—a lot of talent there!
I've been going here for almost five months now. It has been a great experience. The experienced fighters are always willing to help the new folks, and they never take any cheap shots on the less experienced fighters. Safe gym. Coach Ali is a great coach. When he is instructing you, he speaks with a strong tone, but not in a disrespectful way. It's boxing, not chess.
I truly enjoy this gym. Coach Ali is a wealth of knowledge and takes care of his guys. I love how he won't let you do things you are not ready for. He also coached my son for a year and my son loved it and him.
