The gym is insanely sexy. You could tell the owner put he’s heart into this project. Luxury at reasonable price. Professional trainers that loves what they do. Also I can not forget to mention that this chicken ‘Poulet Big Daddy’ meal was BOMB!! 🤯 If you wanna make a change in your life, you go there.
I can’t say enough good things about this gym and my trainer. She motivated me every session and pushed me to reach my full potential, even on days when I didn’t believe in myself. She helped rebuild my confidence and always had the right words of wisdom to keep me going. What really makes this gym stand out is how much they truly care about you as a person—something I haven’t experienced in other places. The support, encouragement, and positive environment here have changed my fitness journey. I’m extremely grateful.
Yeah, this gym is pretty good than other commercial gyms I know around the area. My opinion, but I’m glad there is more than one bench press machine, and also different variations machines that target the pectorals. Like a chest flye machine bench!! The staff are friendly, the area is so big there two spaces that could be its own gym. So it is quite literally having two gyms. The sauna in the men’s room is great and clean, and NO fungal smell. Fourthly, to those who really are into nutrition( me being in a caloric deficit) they have meals that feature how much calories, grams of proteins, carbs and fats are in each Tupperware meal. And also has their own protein shakes. Overall, 15/10
This gym is by far the most luxurious of them all. It offers you a one stop shop for everything! Meals, spa treatment (red light, cryo, saunas etc.) they also have an in house nurse and doctor where you can get a full panel blood test done for $250 - results within 12 hours!!! Unheard of! I went today for my blood test, (no doctor referral needed- it’s private) did a full panel, my results were ready within 4 hours! Emilio, the nurse there was AMAZING. You can tell he is passionate about health. I was in and out in 10mins no wait times. I’ve gotten many blood tests before due to a thyroid issue and no nurse was ever able to find the vein in my arm as quickly as Emilio (mine are hard to find). He even called me the same night to go over and explain my results with me. I even got a PDF with full lab results. They can also prep your meals based on whatever you are missing as far as nutrients for any vitamin deficiencies. Stop waiting on public health, book your appointment, you won’t regret it.
Big Daddy Fitness Gym is amazing — well done to the whole team! Huge thanks to my friend Niko for always being so polite and friendly, showing me around that incredible place. The energy, the setup, and the vibe are top-tier. Highly recommend it!
