Great experience at Big O Tires. The manager, Savuth, was super attentive and really went above and beyond to help me with my tires. Everything was explained clearly, and I genuinely felt taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend.
Disclaimer: I'm not the most knowledgeable when it comes to the intricacies of car maintenance, but I know when to take my car in for regular upkeep. I've been taking my cars mostly to this Big O Tires for years, mainly for oil changes and other small things, and the service has always been great: the staff has always been polite and notified me of any issues that have come up and how much things will cost up front. No complaints
As they say... First impression is all. The moment I walked in to Big O Tires, Jackie greeted me with a friendly and professional smile. She quickly gathered some information and put my mind at ease with a prompt estimate of how long it would take to repair my flat tire. The location is clean, and welcoming. The service was exceptional. I will definitely be back if I have any other preventive maintenance needs.
Great Experience. Car repairs can be a very stressful situation. But the people at Big O were great. The service on the phone was really friendly and they knew what they were talking about. I was able to get my repair in the same day I called and get it back the same day. And the cost was quite reasonable. I was happy to find out they do way more than just tires and will be happy to return there for future repairs. Highly recommend Big O for your car repairs. Going back this winter for tires!
I scheduled my appointment online and I received a confirmation email within an hour. When I showed up the next morning I was greeted by Savuth who answered my questions and quickly took care of me! The best part was the price for my oil change was exactly what was advertised and it was a deal -$34.99 for a synthetic blend and included a free tire inspection and rotation. They also gave me an estimate for some future work that will need to be done but didn’t pressure me to do it today! I drive an older 2007, Toyota Solara with 275,000 miles on it so I was not surprised it needed something else. What I was surprised by is they took the time to show me, explain everything they would do and provide a fair estimate to get the work done. I really appreciate their professionalism and service. I highly recommend you give them all call - this is way more than a “tire shop” and I am grateful!
