I bought 4 new tires on Friday and I took my car in today for an alignment and was charged $113. I just feel like that should have been included in the purchase of tires. After all they did align those new tires. Oh well Employees here were super nice!
I ran over screws on a Saturday morning and Valvoline told me the tire couldn’t be patched. Costco didn’t have my tire in stock and couldn’t help until Tuesday. My husband recently passed away, and I was invited to his 40th high school reunion that weekend. Big O Tires stepped in with compassion. They had my tire, checked the rest, and found another in bad shape. I got the buy‑3‑get‑1‑free deal, and the staff made sure I could attend the reunion. The store was spotless, the team friendly and focused, and the service ended up cheaper than Costco with better warranties. Because of this experience, I’m now a loyal Big O customer.
The team at Big O Tires was so helpful and efficient! I originally had an appointment scheduled for the afternoon, but they were able to get me in first thing in the morning and took great care of everything. They did a thorough job, were prompt, and made the whole process really easy. Highly recommend!
Tom helped me with my tires when I got there. I had a spare on from a flat tire and he was thorough in checking all my tires finding that they were all dry rotted. It was unfortunate to have to get all tires replaced when going in for just one but the price was great and he answered all my questions and even gave me a heads up on future work I need in the near future with an estimated price. As a mechanic’s daughter I tend to ask lots of questions wanting to understand fully and I greatly appreciate being treated as an equal to any other customer. As a woman it’s sometimes daunting because you don’t know what kind of servicemen you’ll be dealing with but Tom was very informative and respectful. I’ll definitely be going back to this location.
I am definitely not the type to leave bad reviews but after feeling completely dismissed after leaving here I feel the need to. After getting in my car after work my low tire pressure light came on. Big O was the closest to my place of employment, so I stopped. When I walked in I expressed the my low pressure light had came on and that it doesn’t tell me which tire. I also expressed my concern that my sensor has never been “sensitive” to hot/cold weather & the only time it has came on in the time I have owned my car was when there was a nail in it. I was instructed to pull my car up to the garage so I did. I rolled down my window and was not spoken to, the guy opened my door to see what my pressure was supposed to be at. He proceed to put air in all 4 tires and then walked away. My tires were not checked for any type of nail after I expressed my previous experience and was told they would check. He walked back into the garage without saying a word. I waited thinking he was coming back to let me know something and he just gave me a thumbs up to leave. After leaving and parking my car I immediately found the nail in my tire and had to go to yet another tire place because it was completely looked over at dismissed here. The nail for reference that came out of my tire when all that was done here was air added.
