If you know and miss good old - fashioned, friendly, tailored customer service with a side of class, Diplomate is where you go for your jewelry needs. They not only repair your jewelry with knowledgeable care and precision, they also sell beautiful pieces! They even make their own engagement rings and wedding bands. This is only the second review I have ever written in my life and I'm 45 years old (the first was a shoe maker). What they don't know... is that when I found them, they found a customer for life. I'll be going back in the new year to transform some old pieces into new creations.
